- Good customer service skills.

- Prior experience in BPO voice process shall be preferred.

Job Description :
- Responsible for day-day resolution of 3rd party equipment inquires.
- Responsible for the review of CAFR process for completeness
- Facilitate a consistent process for acquisition, moves, disposition of 3rd party equipment.
- Identify local buyers for excess assets.
- Coordinate Fixed Asset audit for assigned coverage area.
- Coordinate Asset Move, Add, Change & Dispose Process as well as work with proper parties for excess assets donations.
- Maintain Asset availability list and circulate within the different Business Units
- Handle direct Customer interactions.
- Send asset tags to SDMs, maintain a record for all equipment have and asset tags affixed.
