Job Overview
The Junior Electrical & Site Engineer will assist in site execution and electrical works for solar rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the role focuses on ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily site execution activities for solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects
Assist with electrical installation work including DC/AC cabling, inverter installation, earthing, and mounting structures
Take site measurements and help with layout marking as per approved drawings
Coordinate with site technicians, contractors, and vendors
Monitor material consumption and report shortages or damages
Maintain daily site reports, photographs, and basic project documentation
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and site discipline
Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical / EEE
2025 pass-out freshers are welcome
Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar PV projects (training will be provided)
Willingness to work at project sites and learn field operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
Freshers must agree to a mandatory 2-year service bond
Candidates should be from Telangana or nearby locations only
