• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, deployment , and customer success teams to gain profound insights into our partner needs and the intricacies of their businesses. Understand how they define success and ensure that they deliver value through the CARPL platform
• Project Management Excellence: Leverage formal project management and development methodologies, particularly on enterprise-level engagements. Possess a profound knowledge of project management best practices and a keen ability to apply them effectively and pragmatically to navigate large, complex projects.
• Technological Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of technology principles and services, encompassing infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms, and consumer-facing technology.

Communication:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, allowing for seamless interaction with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with diverse customers and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership teams and project-level resources.
• Project Communication Leadership: Strategically plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications, ensuring a clear and cohesive flow of information.

Required Qualifications:

• A clinical degree (MBBS, MD, MS) is a must.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proven experience in managing multiple relationships and partnerships.
• Business development and sales experience in the healthcare or AI industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of the radiology AI ecosystem.
• Background in developing novel commercial models in healthcare or AI.
• Experience working with AI technologies in a healthcare context.
