Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technical Support professional. The Technical Support professional will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to customers. The candidates who are willing to join us will work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Qualifications
• Strong Technical Support and Information Technology skills
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Communication skills
• Ability to manage projects and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing demands
• Previous experience in software development and/or support is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
