PTC‘s Codebeamer R&D team is looking for a dynamic Software Developer to be part of a newly formed team that is working on this exciting new product in PTC’s ALM portfolio.

Codebeamer is an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform for modern product and software development. The world’s leading product developers value Codebeamer for its company-wide scalability, high availability and performance, and configurable workflows. A suitable candidate will work with the global Codebeamer R&D team and solve complex problems in the ALM domain by designing and implementing modern, scalable and performant software solutions.

Qualification :  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Basic knowledge of Computer science fundamentals.
2. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, etc.
3. Knowledge of data structures and algorithms to optimize code efficiency and design scalable solutions.
4. Experience in designing and implementing software applications using Java and related technologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

1. Coding and Programming – Design and develop software solutions by writing, testing, and debugging code to develop and maintain software programs, ensuring they meet with the requirements set by the product owners
2. Collaboration – Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and designers, to understand product requirements and provide technical insights for effective solutions
3. Problem Solving – Identifying and resolving technical challenges and bugs, using analytical skills to find efficient and innovative solutions to improve the software’s functionality, scalability & performance
4. Continuous Learning – Staying updated with the latest languages, tools, and technologies, attending workshops and self-learning to enhance skills and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
