- Engaging with customers in a professional and effective manner, managing their expectations regarding various issues they may encounter.
- Investigating and identifying the root causes of issues reported by customers, and subsequently providing solutions or workarounds.
- Initiating reports for software bugs or issues, contributing to a transparent resolution process.
